    How to Use:

    Please shake adhesive for at least 1-2 minute prior to use. Dispose of first drop. After each use, please wipe tip of any excess glue and squeeze the air out of the bottle to prevent any build up of glue on the cap. Retention works best when stored under the correct humidity and temperature. Must be stored/used at 60-75° F and 40-55% humidity. If the glue is opened and exposed to unfavorable conditions, the texture will change permanently and significantly reduce effectiveness. Please do not store in refrigerators as this will thicken the viscosity.

      Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer ROUTE insurance as an option during checkout for any packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged.  Follow this tracking number, we will not be liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or stolen packages.

      Please contact USPS or your international post if you are to have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to Lash Galore.

      TRANSIT TIME

      Transit Time does not begin until your package is processed (1-3 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility.

      Standard Ground Shipping - Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.

      Expedited Shipping - Between 1 and 2 business days in California. Between 2 and 3 days on other U.S. orders after the order is packed.

      Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

      Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

      Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees

      International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied. We will do our best to ensure you have the fastest, lowest cost shipping / customs experience.

      SHIPMENT UPDATES

      Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon dispatch of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

      No Delivery?

      If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been shipped out, Lash Galore is not liable for lost packages.

      RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

      ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

      We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then contact us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

      Order Inquiries & Return Procedure

      Email us at support@lashgaloresf.com using the contact form on our site within 7 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). No return/exchanges will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered.

      Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

      If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
