Shipping Info & Returns

We are proud to offer our customers flat rate shipping for all U.S. & Canada orders. Most orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid mailing address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can see your shipping options prior to checkout.

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Follow this tracking number, we will not be liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages.

Please contact USPS or your international post if you are to have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to Lash Galore.

TRANSIT TIME

Transit Time does not begin until your package is processed (1-3 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility.

Standard Ground Shipping - Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Expedited Shipping - Between 1 and 2 business days in California. Between  2 and 3 days on other U.S. orders after the order is packed.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We support lash artists all across the world with regular customers in Canada, France, Australia and Italy.

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied. We will do our best to ensure you have the fastest, lowest cost shipping / customs experience.

Before you checkout, make sure to use code: LOCAL so that the shipping cost is removed.

WHEN:

Orders placed before 10am will be ready same day

All other orders will be ready the next business day by 11am.

Pick up is available Monday through Friday from 11am to 6pm.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then contact us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

Order Inquiries & Return Procedure

Email us at support@lashgaloresf.com using the contact form on our site within 7 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). No return will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered.

Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
